About This Project

A chain of high quality pasta bars in Amsterdam, Utrecht, and Rotterdam. I wrote the texts for their website and menus, as well as the introduction and other illustrating texts for their book ‘Pasta’. For the book I interviewed chef Stefano Cavallari about his Italian family’s gastronomic traditions.
